Mood Barre is a digital studio for all, where you’ll find joyful, accessible classes rooted in barre, mat Pilates, and stretching. I believe in moving in a way that invites energy, joy, and strength into your body, day, and life. I’m a writer and teacher dedicated to offering uplifting movement experiences that lead you to more creative states of mind.
